I started in operations, coordinating calendars, inboxes, and cross-functional teams for founders who needed a second brain. Three-plus years in, I started building the systems that ran those operations automatically: n8n and Zapier workflows that handle the repetitive work so the humans on a team can focus on decisions only they can make.
